Price calculation is alternative, taking into consideration either the km price or the hour price of each day, invoicing the higher amount.
In case of works inside Budapest we charge either 15-15 kms or 30-30 minutes for the routes out of the garage and back to the garage. In case of works out of the territory of Budapest invoicing will be done according to the actually covered kms or hours.
When invoicing, every started hour is considered as a whole hour.
In case of several-day tours, when the coach does not return to its garage at the end of the day, we minimally charge an average sum of 270 kms every started day. Every started calendar day is considered as a whole day.
Additional costs (i.e. motorway fees, parking fees, entrance fees, ferry fees etc.) are not included in the indicated prices.
Cancellation policy: until the 5th day prior to the start of the tour.
Cancellation with penalty: within 5 days prior to the start of the tour. The amount of the penalty is the minimum price according to the type of coach ordered.
In case of any increase in the Hungarian diesel fuel prices that exceeds 15% Voyage Group reserves the right to modify the indicated tariffs.
